become the heartbeat of our customer experience.

About the Role

As our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be the central hub connecting our customers and

field technicians. You will own the customer journey, from the first call to job completion, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and positive.

This is not just an admin role, this is a high-impact position where you help drive revenue,

optimize scheduling and create exceptional customer experiences every day.

What You will Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers - answer calls with professionalism and energy

• Educate customers on services and provide pricing/estimates over the phone

• Own and manage daily scheduling and dispatching of technicians

• Proactively communicate schedule updates, delays, and changes

• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services (upsell)

• Maintain accurate customer and job data

• Partner closely with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations

What We are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, admin, or inside sales

• Strong communicator—confident on the phone and clear in writing

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping people

• Experience in home services (or similar industry) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$24/hour (based on experience)
