Window Genie, a Neighborly company, is a nationally ranked home service franchise dedicated to improving the look and value of homes in your community through various services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting. As an office staff member responsible for Customer Loyalty, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are a vital member of the office staff, and you have an essential role in the small business. You should be self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented, and driven to provide the highest customer service. Must be comfortable in day-to-day business operations and a great communicator.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Schedule and communicate all jobs, callbacks, delays, and estimates with customers and service professionals.

· Educate customers about service verticals, upsell opportunities, and follow up for all services.

· Make outbound service reminder phone calls to customers.

· Provide job estimates/quotes for services and schedule jobs.

· Manage and enter all data into the point-of-sale system. Be willing to specialize in our systems.

· Answer inbound phone calls.

· Manage all phone calls, emails, and office calendars.

· Coordinate marketing activity such as email, text notices, and social media updates as needed.

· Assist owner in all customer-facing and internal services of the business. Tasks may vary based on the seasonality.

· Experience in Administration, inside sales, and Customer Service Representative roles helpful.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with data entry skills.

· Penchant for sales helpful.

· Professional appearance and personality.

· Team player who can work independently.

· Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus.

This Job is Not for You If:

· You don’t want to interact with people. (You’ll need to have conversations with customers.)

· You’d rather be working outside. (This is an inside job and our office is a working office; it is not nicely appointed.)

· You have trouble working on lots of tasks.  Handle multiple projects each day for each crew through dispatch and schedule jobs every day to keep the calendar full.

· You cannot handle the occasional bit of conflict or work toward resolution.

· You are only interested in a paycheck and not interested in the success of the whole team, or you are looking for high profile/glamorous setting. WG is a concrete-floor, utilitarian, working office.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $14-20 per hour. It is dependent on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar positions.
