Window Genie of Chattanooga is seeking a skilled Holiday Light Installer to join our team this October–December. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone who has experience installing lights on rooftops, handling ladders, and providing beautiful, custom-fit displays on homes and businesses.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with holiday or permanent lighting installs
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs (up to 20+ feet)
• Strong understanding of layout planning, custom cutting, and power distribution
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, professional results
• Able to work in a team, outdoors, and under tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Safely install lights, garlands, wreaths, and décor on rooftops, trees, and exteriors
• Lead or assist on residential and commercial jobs
• Ensure top-quality, safe installations and clean job sites
• Communicate with customers, collect payment, and encourage reviews
• Maintain equipment and supplies for efficiency

Compensation:

• $18–$30/hr based on experience
• Bonuses and commission opportunities available during peak season
• Opportunity for year-round work in pressure washing, window cleaning, and more for the right candidate
