HIGH-PERFORMANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES SPECIALIST

Window Genie of Chesterfield is hiring a revenue-focused professional who knows how to

close. This is NOT a receptionist role. This is a performance-driven sales position responsible

for converting inbound homeowner inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating jobs. If you

are confident on the phone, comfortable discussing money, and motivated by performance

pay, this opportunity offers serious upside.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound homeowner calls with confidence and authority

• Convert website and text inquiries into booked appointments

• Present and position service packages effectively

• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale

• Follow up consistently on unscheduled estimates

• Increase average ticket through smart upselling

• Maintain organized CRM records and scheduling accuracy

WHO WILL SUCCEED HERE

• 5+ years in sales, insurance, real estate, retail leadership, or inside sales

• Proven ability to close over the phone

• Comfortable discussing pricing without hesitation

• Strong follow-up discipline

• Highly organized and accountable

• Motivated by performance bonuses

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Competitive hourly base pay PLUS tiered monthly performance bonuses tied directly to

exceeding prior-year revenue by month. High performers can realistically earn

$45,000–$65,000+ annually. Greater performance = greater income.
