Full time, M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, pay based on experience, benefits, vehicle provided, no prior work experience necessary.

• No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus
• Paid safety and service training via the Window Genie Way
• Drive a fully equipped company vehicle to do your job
• Easily earn up to $1,000 per week
• Weekly and monthly bonus incentives

• Have a passion to provide high quality home services and a top-notch customer experience for our customers
• Care about your career to include your teammates, customers, and company
• Maintain a high level of integrity and focus when providing services to our customers
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly maintained, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Core competencies in of our basic service categories
• Highly effective communication to both customers and fellow employees
• Physical ability to lift and work on a variety of ladders including a 40-foot extension ladder
