Your Growth Path at Window Genie

Level 1: Trainee (Weeks 1–2)
- $15/hour
- Learn equipment, safety, and core techniques
- Work alongside experienced team members
Level 2: Technician (Weeks 3–6)
- Transition to performance-based pay

Most technicians reach $20–$30+/hour equivalent
Level 3: Lead Technician

We Train You to Succeed
