Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Manager to support daily operations and serve as the main point of contact for customers and technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing schedules, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage daily service appointments
  • Coordinate technician routes and optimize schedules for efficiency
  • Communicate schedule updates, delays, or changes with customers and technicians
  • Ensure technicians have accurate job details and customer expectations

Inside Sales & Service Support

  • Learn service offerings and provide accurate pricing and estimates over the phone
  • Educate customers on services and recommend additional offerings when appropriate
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer, job, and service data in company systems
  • Review daily work orders and ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Track job status and follow up on incomplete or pending work
  • Support office organization, reporting, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience
  • Experience in a home service industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
