Service Technician

Window Genie of Arlington–Grand Prairie is now hiring a Service Technician to join our team!

We’re a newer and growing franchise location, part of the nationally recognized Window Genie and Neighborlyfamily of brands. Our business runs year-round, but the focus shifts with the seasons — window cleaning and pressure washing in spring and summer, holiday light design and installation in fall and winter.

Because of this, hours may vary based on project demand and weather, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and flexible schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, friendly attitude.
• Conduct walkthroughs after each job, collect payments, and request customer reviews.
• Maintain shop area and vehicle as well as tools, ladders, and equipment in clean, safe working condition.
• Follow “The Window Genie Way” to ensure top-quality service and repeat customers to include some ground marketing techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable climbing ladders (up to 25 ft) and working at heights.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers.
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Has a smartphone with data plan for scheduling and team communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hands raised for extended periods.

No experience needed! We provide paid training in window cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday light installation. Prior experience in landscaping, construction, roofing or other general labor jobs is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $15–$20/hr (based on experience, performance & certifications)
• Schedule: Seasonal / variable hours (with peak fall & holiday season services there can be a slow down in following winter months)
• Training: Paid training with advancement opportunities (Lead Technician, Specialist)
• Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for commissions and pay increases based on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction
