About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Window Genie Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will provide high-quality interior and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning (interior and exterior)
- Pressure washing of siding, driveways, patios, and decks
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and cleaning equipment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete job paperwork and maintain accurate service records
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided (experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or general labor is a plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
